Our Products
We currently offer two varieties of shrubs and are testing more recipes in order to offer a greater variety of flavors. Our product line includes the Montana Flathead Cherry Elderberry Shrub and the Montana Flathead Cherry Mint Shrub.
Our Team
We are a family-owned business, using the extra cherries from our orchard to make our VOXY Shrub, a refreshing tonic that can be used in a variety of ways. From putting a twist on a classic cocktail to adding a delightful zest to your refreshing mocktail, VOXY shrub will always add some flavor to your day.
Our Vision
We are on a mission to leave little to no waste from our orchard. We provide you -pick opportunities in late July when the cherries are ready for harvest. We also provide local co-ops with both cherries and apples. After all that, we have found that shrub tonics are a great way to preserve the fruit and provide a refreshing beverage that can be enjoed year-round.

Enjoy the health benefits of a daily shrub
BEN Special (Mocktail) - (Boden, Elle, Neva) 1 part shrub and 4 parts soda water over ice.
My Favorite (Gin Shrub) - 2-3 parts shrub, 4 parts soda water, 1-2 parts gin over ice.
Jonathan’s Favorite - 2 parts shrub, 4 parts soda water, 3 parts whatever is in the liquor cabinet over ice.
Shrub Manhattan - 1 part shrub, 1 part sweet vermouth, 4 parts bourbon or rye whiskey, and 2 dashes of bitters.
Shrub Old Fashioned – 1 part shrub, 4 parts bourbon or rye whiskey, 2 dashes of bitters. Serve on the rocks with and orange peel and maraschino cherry. (Can add club soda if that’s to your liking.)
The Lizalitious - Glass of Prosecco with a splash of shrub
Katie's Bush Pilot (Mocktail) - Glass of soda water on icew with a splash of shrub and a half or whole lime squeezed in.
The Doreen Special - Your classic Gin and Tonic with a splash of shrub.
